Here we enjoyed luxurious and exclusive amenities that met our every need. the spacious room was beautifully appointed with all the modern conveniences we expected while the staff provided attentive service and paid close attention to all our needs. the indoor pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were exceptional, and the restaurant and snack bar offered top, notch cuisine and superb service. A minor issue concerned the walk to the nearest metro station in the heat, but it was a small inconvenience that did not detract from our overwhelmingly positive experience.
This hotel needs a refresh, it lacks a luxury feel for a 5, star venue. For such an exclusive hotel, we expected better, quality facilities;

The hotel we stayed in was fantastic. The staff were helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We had a very comfortable room with great facilities, including a luxurious shower and beautiful views. Everything was perfectly clean and modern. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and we loved the little extra touches like notes about the weather and folded clothes. Getting to the city center was easy with the nearby Metro station.

Our room had an amazing view of the city, and the breakfast buffet offered high-quality food options. Despite being located outside the main tourist area, the hotel's proximity to public transportation made it accessible. We had a comfortable stay.
